So Who are the Wolfdog Nazis??
........I really cant tell you who they are ................ But I can tell you that 'I" am not one of them.
........And I can tell you how to recognize them, ...... they consist mostly of the �Breeders�, and even some 'Rescuers�. They are people, that have been doing this,(wolf stuff), for at least a decade or more .........
They are people that you may talk to on the telephone who make you feel like you do not know a thing and probably don�t deserve to own a wolfdog.
These people are the �Experts�...... if you want to call them that.......

They are the Owners/Breeders that got their foot into the door years ago and saw dollar signs in their eyes when they met their 1st Wolfdog. They, like you & I do love them - anyone that has had Wolfdogs in a qualifying environment - loves them, yes they do ....some might even call it an addiction.
Its not like I personally have any complaints about the Wolfdog Nazis - I do my best to avoid them for the most part - but I think the world should know about them. ..................And I do really, really(!) get offended when they send messages out to the public to �beg� for donations helping them keep THEIR furry residents,....... while at the same time telling others not to breed and then complain that all the facilities that house abandoned animals are full (which is mostly because they are so restrictive in their ownership requirements for most of the dogs - i.e., they would rather see the animals come to their death then give them a chance with some people - ......And why wouldnt they approve of someone??? .... well, its pretty much 100% the breeding thing. You see if You, or I, or the �Neighbor� even MIGHT breed, well, then thats just really cramping �Their� style because there is only so many wolfdog pups the world can handle and if someone else other than THEM is putting out puppies ..... it�s really stepping on their toes). ...... Im not going to tell you who they are, not here, not even privately but I can tell you that most of the older well established Breeders/Experts got their start thru acquiring RESCUES.
These are the very people that STARTED the problems (not You or I) that we are all so unhappy about. Yet �They� have enjoyed their own MANY, many, precious years of joy in owning, rescuing and yes,(believe it or not) - breeding(!) because they have early-on established a way to get away with exploiting the wolfdog in ways that arent acceptable today. And now that they have created their own problem they seek to attack and destroy responsible newcomers over the issue of breeding wolfdogs. On the upside, at least the problems they have caused has ignited a 'standard' to be set for breeding but they also try to enforce non-breeding, unless you represent yourself as no threat to the profit they feel they unequivocally are qualified to have with their own wolfdogs.
There are breeders that will say they will not sell to a breeding facility (even tho they purchased their puppies as a breeding facility - whats wrong with this picture?). There are breeders who will ask you - when you call them up to inquire about a pup - who else they have inquired with - and then tell you every reason why you should not consider a pup from that particular breeder and will even try to assault other peoples websites, right or wrong ....dead giveaway clue to spotting Wolfdog Nazis. The Wolfdog Nazis are why we don�t recommend or publish other peoples breeding sites good or bad and even if they are informational. Because ultimately the intent of their site is only to sell puppies .... and only their own puppies. (However, we do offer a �good breeder� list privately.)
Sorry to say this but I have been doing this long enough - (since 1995) to know wolf/wolfdog people and I don�t care WHAT they tell you - these folks who have been in this for years and years are just like the rest of us - we ALL love wolfdog pups and whether or not they want to publicize it - believe me, they havent gone without them! ....... I�m not going to tell you who they are, not here nor even privately, but I can tell you that most of the older and now established Breeders got their start with wolf/wolfdog Rescues - which we should all know by now is a BIG no-no.
I stand for responsible wolfdog ownership& breeding. And I DO know that these canines are not for the average, busy or unprepared individual. To take on a wolfdog, puppy or adult, is adopting a new member to your family and still reserving respect for that animal as a borderline undomesticated being ....... & that is not something most humans can understand.
I believe there is room for responsible breeders on a limited basis (i.e. no puppy mills) .... . And I condone that responsible people should have the right to be accepted & supported - from their peers if they breed morally, responsibly and not for profit (and I can guarantee you that all them high-priced wolfdogs - high-content or not, ARE bred for profit, - if nothing else to support the ownership of their pack or �clan� of wolves) ..... And the Nazis do this ALL the time, behind the scenes, discreetly yes, unpublicly yes, but they still BREED!!!
They are the ones that want to make You and I accountable for the problems that �they� have created. The ones that started this as a �family project� - that now are (I guess) The so-called 'experts�, the folks that have qualified their own selves for the experience we may be looking for and done what they could to keep us from having those same experiences.
Not only do these people seek to 'hoard' their wolfdog'booties', many of them even seek the oppression of wild wolves and other wildlife. They hate and fear the AR(animal rights supporters) people, in fear their own rights to own are taken away while still frequently keeping their canines in less than appropriate conditions.
These are the same people who, to this day, have not established a fair universal registry that people can trust because �They� don�t want to play �fair�. And it depends on �who You are� as to whether your canine will qualify, not �who your Canine is�. (You can email me privately for more information on this!)
And when the subject comes to misrepresentation - boy can I say something on that!!.......
When I 1st got my wolfdogs in approx 1995 - misrepresentation was a huge issue - there truly were people selling husky/malamute X�s with little or no pure wolf in them and it was a very uncertain area.
But, nowadays, there has been so many �pures� or close to pure�s sold & owned (they�re a dime a dozen) that there should be no misrepresentation. I have my mid-contents from a known, (accepted pure) but controversial bloodline, but you know what? they at least LOOK like what their background is are which is 100% tundra WOLVES.
If your pup is not from at least a guaranteed F3 line or better, than personally, I would doubt that there is much true pure wolf in it - unless its from a highly established straight pure line - �cause the stuff usually deletes pretty fast unless you have a linebred canine.
As a final comment - I should say that of course not every established breeder is a Wolfdog Nazi - I would hope (and believe that I even know a few) Breeders that truly do care more about the wolves and wolfdogs other than their own selfish ends. There are those that truly do try to make a difference in the community,.... that work and donate their lives to the cause of wolves and wolfdogs. And most of the rescuers are heroes and warriors for the wolfdog - they lead a life of blood, sweat and tears. But they still have to follow the rules the Wolfdog Nazis have set because the Wolfdog Nazis seek to rule the wolfdog world.
I also would like to add that these written opinions are soley my own (Mark doesnt want to get politically involved - he is content to just enjoy their company) and I will STAND ALONE on them as long as the will is there.
